What is OT?

Occupational therapy (OT) is a healthcare profession that helps people participate in their daily occupations. Occupations are the activities that occupy your time. They are the activities you need to do, want to do, or have to do.

Pediatric occupational therapists specialize in working with children in the areas of self-care skills, play, and learning. We help kids with their “job” of being a child, sibling, friend, learner, explorer, and little community member!
